Penny Arcade: Episode 1

Today sees the release of the rather expensive XBLA game "Penny Arcade: Episode 1." for a huge total of 1600 of your MS Points you can purchase this RPG now.

To me RPG's are not the be all and end all of gaming as only one is good enough and that is "Oblivion."



You start the game by creating a character and then playing the story mode which looks like a comic book with all the speech bubbles and screen transfers.



The only thing i am really impressed with is the Graphics, and they are really good and matches the spiderman game on the PS2


Apart from that i would not bother, save your 1600 points towards some Rock Band songs!

Playing HAZE, my thoughts

I was very surprised to come home from work yesterday and find HAZE just sitting there waiting for me to play it, so i unwrapped it and went straight ahead.

What also surprised me about HAZE was the 4gb install time, as my friend Shuten Doji from World Gamers Blog had illuded to was that it would take a long time for it to install and i did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes which was really good

In the games menu it was clear that Ubisoft have made them easy to understand and use.

In playing the game story i found the beginning very boring and long winded as i could not skip the cut scenes and nearly nodded off.lol However the graphics are not too shabby and are good for the Playstation 3.

I will have a review up of HAZE by Saturday this week on the World Gamers Blog.
